Hummdot Approach
Hummdot was created with the intention of helping leaders be true versions of themselves.  Of course the journey each leader takes to be the leader they want and need to be can be a different one, for that reason we have off-the-shelf products but we prefer to customise for each client we work with. 

We believe…
  • in grounding development in reality; for each company we work with that means something different hence why we prefer to customise our workshops

  • in being open and honest, sometimes that means giving feedback that people don’t want to hear, but it will always be done with a good intention

  • that leadership can be learnt, that it’s not just for the chosen few but for the tenacious many

  • that developing potential isn’t always easy, but it’s worth it

  • that leadership capability is not just about intelligence…it’s also about tenacity, inquisitiveness, creativity, compassion and a whole raft of other things

  • that achievement and job satisfaction are different for everyone. We aim to tap into this sense of achievement, motivation and passion and help leaders build on this in order to transform

  • that people have the capacity to manage their own development and not be over reliant on external providers

  • that we should continually develop ourselves; if we’re not developing ourselves, then how can we develop others?
