So what is ‘Hummdot’?

humm [to think] - this is the process of thinking, when your brain works with relaxed, focused concentration

dot [to act] – the process of working to an outcome, an action or a decision

At Hummdot Consulting we focus on ‘putting thought into action’ through the delivery of leadership development workshops and 1:1 coaching.

For this to be effective we believe leaders need time out to think, to reflect and to be aware of their strengths and the things that could derail them.

To ensure this thinking time is productive we also believe leaders need to act. They should leave the workshop or coaching session with something tangible, be it an effective decision, a way to maximise an existing strength, an approach to tackling a potential derailer, clarity on what needs to be done or perhaps even a difficult conversation that needs to be had.

We believe that to do this effectively we should approach the conversations we have and the workshops we deliver with care and also with challenge.

Who are we?
Hummdot Consulting is led by Sarah Payne, who holds a business degree and Executive Coaching qualification. She has worked in business for over 15 years, with SMEs, large Corporates, Not-for-Profits, Government and Education.

Where are we based?
Hummdot Consulting is based in the South-West of the UK and in London and we work with clients across the UK and internationally.
